Welcome
Florida Hotel Brokerage & Investment Sales
Helping hotel owners, investors and developers buy, sell and evaluate hospitality properties throughout Florida.
Our Services
Hotel Investment Sales
With a focus exclusively on the Florida hospitality industry, our investment advisors know the market and product. With a combined 20+ years of experience in the Florida hotel brokerage business, we have built long-standing relationships with our clients and in-depth knowledge of what is going on in the industry.
Direct Access to Hotel Buyers
Our proprietary investor network has been built through years of direct relationships with hotel owners, investors, developers and hospitality professionals—not purchased lead lists. This allows us to strategically place opportunities in front of qualified decision-makers while maintaining discretion for our sellers.
Hotel Valuation & Acquisition Advisory
With precise analysis looking at every aspect of a property our advisors are experienced and committed in providing the most accurate hotel valuations in the industry.
Transaction Management
In every transaction, our advisors are in constant contact with all parties involved in a transaction. This thorough involvement in the transaction allows for the deal to get done smoothly, in a compressed time frame, and with sellers and buyers updated at all times.
